Edubuntu has its own mailing list. You can subscribe yourself or read the archive

IRC channels

The edubuntu irc channels reside on irc.freenode.org. There is #edubuntu, the german channel #edubuntu-de and the spanish channel #edubuntu-es.

If you prefer to use web forums to a mailing list, especially for support related issues, you can use or search the Ubuntu forums.
